English, Senior Vice President, Equity Residential and Associate of Paragon Services Inc. and BKB Construction L.P., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of construction services.

As the Senior Vice President of Equity Residential and Associate of Paragon Services Inc. and BKB Construction L.P., Mr. English is an expert in structural repair, waterproofing and engineering. He previously served as Vice President of Capital Projects for seven years and also spent time as a forensic engineer prior to joining Equity. While with Equity he organized and was responsible for assuring execution of $100 million worth of projects annually, which he considers to be his greatest professional accomplishment. He currently works part time with Equity developing scopes of work for the large projects and assuring a consistent approach to all capital projects. His primary duties at Paragon/BKB are to develop scopes of work, research products to assure the highest quality of repair methods and estimating the cost of large projects. He aspires to expand his knowledge in the field of construction and intends to develop new construction means, methods and techniques, balancing cost per the requirement of customers.

Mr. English earned his Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1996. He is a member of the Oil Capital Field Trial Association and is affiliated with the Roof Consultants Institute, the Construction Specifications Institute. He reads journals and attends various mentorship programs, keeping himself abreast of new technologies in his industry.
