Dr. Ringrose has been practicing medicine for over 40 years. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. During his educational career, he earned his Medical Degree in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1963.

Dr. Ringrose completed an internship at the Naval Hospital in Oakland, California in 1964. He also completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in 1968 and his fellowship there in 1970. Dr. Ringrose is a Clinical Professor at the University of Oklahoma Health and Sciences Center. He is a member of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Gastroenterology and the American College of Physicians.
